Have seen than the exit is different by yours, I have now make that also that way and go measure again.
See the pic of how it is now, I have put on hornresp some stuffing and then the peak/dip do dissapears almost but not with mine sub itself.
(all inside measured so thinkness wood is also automatic calculated).
L12 = 180 cm
L23 = 250,2 cm
L34 = 14,10 cm (Here now some doubt!)
pipe is 375 cm2.
but did exit different (maybe cause?)
regards

Kees52, you have wasted space. Bjorno said internal height is 152.9cm. Based on your built height and design, your tap is in a different location than what he modeled.

Wasted space I did now, a little, but the sub is build in 2015 and so I can not change much except I have the tap now on the proper place. Further changes is not easy or even not possible because of the glue.
I did some measurements inside with the stuffing Björno advised but I have a nasty room
I go make a new sub because I want to use it with a horn (trynergy), this sub is only made as a test past year but mother need attention because of the age and sickness.

Are you using any DSP?
no not a dsp, I use a 24 dB lowpass filter.
But maybe it is needed if room is quite nasty, therefore I do make a new one, that is a tapped horn, or inverter tapped horn.
outside measurement is a option to rule out room, but rain in holland I get for nothing.
The misunderstood what concerns length I have to explane how I did folt it in sketchup. I do always keep internel length and width
in mind, automatic it go right, the inside baffles for example. I do not need then to look at thickness of wood in sketchup.
This way I have also draw this sub in it but never build, it looks good, folding I have some experience with now.. I draw always form inside out so thickness get automatic right.

Hi Kees,
The first of your submitted Pictures show the Response of your T-QWP
as measured ~ at a point where the Mic. doesn't dip into the Terminus end correction= OK.
Looks like you only have a Room problem.
Note: The T-QWP Terminus should be placed close to the Floor,not at a Height of 147 cm above !

Hi Bjorno
I have now flip the dbox so terminal is on floor again, do not much different with that.
The canceling however do go up to 80 hz, so there is a fault in length of box, I go however do a tapped horn or a inverted tapped horn, for use with the synergy horn, it needs more efficienty and the visaton pipe do not give enough, however it is a nice learning curve.
I have also buy a volvo 164 so I have to repair so I have transportation.
