T Amp with 2 stereo input

Hi, I would like to built my first T Amp, dedicated to PC amp, as studio monitor, for piano playing.... you know: Cubase, vst, midi, asio, piano keyboard and so on...

I need 2 separate stereo input. Please, can you suggest me a kit or diy solution with this feature?

Do they have to be mixable with each other ? If so, two stereo pots and two opamps for buffering and mixing the two inputs, kinda like how a mixing console works.

Yes, I have have to mix the signals, but no need of 2 pots, because each source has own volume regulator and I don't want to introduce disturbs not needed.
