System-Wide Equalizer for Windows XP?

Can anyone please recommend me a system-wide Equalizer for Windows XP?

You should be able to get a VST equalizer running system-wide on XP with Virtual Audio Cable and VSTHost.

i dont know whether Equalizer APO will work on windows XP or not ... but i am using it on my PC running on Windows 8 64bit ... you can give it a try
