What sort of enclosure would those those be termed? I noticed in one photo (with the cone cover removed) that there looks to be a space inside the baffle. Another shot shows what might be a slot/port covering below the driver(s). I'm pretty sure that the rear covers are acoustically transparent. So we have a slot loaded dipole?
I haven't had the pleasure of hearing these. They look to be well thought out and constructed. Anybody that owns a pair care to hazard a guess as to the theory behind these?

Looks as if the cavity would bleed off some of the woofers energy and communicate that through the slot into the center section ... perhaps deliberate communication between the two woofers front to back like an acoustic mirror.
