I'm working on something slightly more complicated than:
But I work very little on it.

what type of SMPS are you thinking of?
for car amp? car preamp? offline?
if you need the first two, I got one in here... http://djquan.angelcities.com/smps.html
uses cheap and readily available TL494.

you forgot to mention the PCB layout.
If you look at the QSC Audio schematic archive at:
http://www.qscaudio.com/support/technical_support/schematics.htm
Check out the Powerlight series, they all have SMPS, and the bigger ones hae PFC that I'm still trying to figure out. These are multirail amps, that switch the output stage from rail to rail as the voltage demand changes.

I ordered the parts to build Nuuk's buffer jast last week... Some BO's at Newark.
Anyway, are there some illustrations on your site Nuuk that have the diodes backwards? I'm only smart enough to paint by the numbers. That's what I picked up from this thread and I use your site as a bible.
