SwitchBoard cartridge loading solution

It's a small circuit board inserted between the RCA input jacks and the main phono stage to allow different resistors and capacitors to be introduced as the cartridge load.

Each channel has six switch positions, the default BOM calls for four resistors (1k, 221R, 100R, and 22.1R) and two 100pF caps.

Nothing fancy but it gets the job done.
