If yours is blown, you can use a low current (10 ma) red LED.
If it fits in a recess of the heat sink for heat sensing, you can buy one from Peavey parts department as a 13886.
I don't know of any other US source except junk Peavey amps.
If space is no object and it doesn't have to touch the heat sink, two 1n4148 connected line to not line can be used.
