I tried to connect the kit of IRS2092 Class D Digital 250W.
We had used a transformer of 63V DC and used a capacitor of 7000uFd each channel
We did not get a clear sine wave signal showing us a big hum in the output
As you can see from the picture the sine wave output of the the amplifier.
The measured output of the amplifier at 8ohms load was 32V
So 32x32/8 - 128W
Why am i getting such low output.
Not getting a clear sine wave output
Kindly help me in this matter

Yes, my schematics is wrong.
It was drawn in hurry.
Now let me know what is problem with sinewave?

1/ Your power supply circuit is wrong.
2/ I could be wrong but it looks like there is some residual carrier on the output. That is normal (ish) and I wouldn't worry about it.

Set the trigger level on the scope near the peak level and increase sweep speed (decrease sweep time).
Then you can see what frequency is modulating your sine wave.
As Nigel says, the scope can see the carrier but your ears can't hear it.

If you could provide some photos of the wiring(take a few) It might be helpful in diagnosing your problem. Please measure the +/- voltage to the input of the board and post result.
Have you hooked up to a Speaker system?...Does the hum increase with volume level?
Regards
