Have any one interessting for this idea of an Mos Fet Amp to talk about this?
The Features:
Full symetric, regulated cascode VAS , error correction, supercomplemetary symetric output stage. The error correktion configuration, all parts works, like a cascode. Thermal memory reduce by the input- and VAS stage.
Transitors BC 550 / BC 560 for low power, other BD139.16 / BD 140.16.
Better goes ever .
My konditions: Rudimentary englisch, No humor:goodbad: Dreamer.

when using IRFP 9240 / IRFP 240 outputs, it sounds terrible because this devices not komplementär compare to Hitachi / Renesas / Exicon Lateral Mosfet vintage devices

When using Hitachi / Renesas / Exicon Lateral Mosfet vintage devices you will wating energy and have a heater.

Vintage Circuits like this need to add todays Class H / Class TD step driver from PA Amps, to save energy, working cool and extend lifetime from output devices
