Hi guys
Yesterday ive bought a Audiocom SuperClock 2 and i would like to ask you this.
Parts Connexion had 2 and sell them for 80USD so it is very good price but they had 33meg and i need 16meg so they told me that they can replace the crystal and they did it. So the crustal they had inserted it more bigger that the standard 16 meg that comes from audicom so does this affect performance in any way or its the same?
Also there is one small potenciometer next to the crystal, does this potenciometter has to be optimised for lets say at 33meg its working at 1/3 of the overall turn and at 16 meg 1/4 or this is done at audiocom and after doesent matter if i put 16 or 33 meg crystal inside. On the crystal that was inserted by partsconnexion says NEW 16meg 6L which is funny name for company of the crystal " New" what kind of name is that. OK i will produce crystal and i will call it Mother*ucker 16Meg 😀
i will post you pictures from the clock i had and from audicom original the one that comes with 16 meg
thanks
Alex
