I'm trying to determine why you read 7 ohms between those terminals.

Do you read anything below about 20 ohms between any terminals (in any combination of probe to terminal) of the four driver transistors (marked AG and DK) in the last photo you posted?

Is that left dot over pin 12 or pin 13?

must have measured wrong at first. between pin 10 and 13 i have 9 kohm. the left dot is over pin 13. I do not read anything under 20 between the the terminals of the driver transistors.
