The idea is actually quite good and original (at least for me) 🙂
I wonder which opamp he has chosen to be repacked and sold under his name ?

Written English is not this seller's strong suit. I do admire his marketing skill- what a cool idea. I may buy a bit of copper tubing and some potting compound today...
With the right extrusion and some thermally conductive potting, this could be done for tubes. Super 12AU7 replacements, only $US150.

Where's the noise bandwidth, cmrr, psrr stats?
I would like to know how someone gets a VFB opamp with a 100MHz unity gain bandwidth using DIP8.

They do look pretty cool; if I could squeeze enough discrete circuitry into a package that size I would make something like that myself (not that those are necessarily discrete rather than plain potted ICs). But as jackinnj said, all the important specifications (THD, noise, DC offset etc) are missing. Extreme speed like that (assuming those are realistic figures given) is mostly useless for audio, especially since other areas of performance have to be sacrificed to achieve it.
Is there anything in the package in addition to the DIP08? I don't see any wires from the pins going into the copper package. Seems like that copper package only is ther to hide the type/brand number.
Edit: On better looking, I guess the pins we see are not the DIL08 pins? So there could be a circuit inside?

A few minutes perusal of National, Analog, and LT's selection guides will turn up some candidates.

Yes, you're right, there are a probably a half-dozen VFB DIP packaged dual opamps from each manufacturer that exceed 100MHz. When I think high MHz I think CFB and surface mount first.
mbe AD8056?
Of course, you could take an SOIC package and repurpose it, cover it in potting compound and sell it for 10 AUD and still make money.
Absolutely nothing pop up on google or yahoo. Me smells a rat!

i have like 4000 of those DIP-8 sockets and you know what for $150 /each they could be yours you know what i'm not greedy they can be yours for $1.50 eachjanneman said:

Blahh. I thought I could make a deal but then I saw the "each" 😉
Then again, I have a bunch of 16 pin headers. Yours for (2 * 8 pins) = 3 $ each....

Super Op Amp
The coolest thing is that if your super op amp ever fails you, there is a fallback:
"The Burson Op-amp is Directly Replaceable with the following Opamps:
AD712, AD827, C4570, JRC4580, JRC5532, JRC5532D, JRC5534, LF353, LM833N, NE5532, NEC4520, NEC4570, NJM2068D, NJM2114, NJM2214D, NJM4558, NJM4558D, NJM4560, NJM5532, NJM4558P, OP275, OPA2132, OPA2134, OPA2604, RC4558D, RC4558P, TL052, TL072"
Why not just save $149 and buy the replacement in the first place... 🙂

The "krypton enhanced ionized copper" is a shield for the "super purified snake oil" inside. Without the shield all the "placebo rays" would escape.
He also has 2.5 meters of speaker wire for $100. It is described as: "Very balanced and great micro and micro detail sound with plenty of detail and warmth in the mid."
