hello people, i wanna do a one on one comparison.
i want to compare a polyprop cap with a super e cap of black gates
i have two non polair black gates : 4.7ùf/50v
but they are already used, so no long and short leg
how can i find out which is which ? so that i can cancel out the noise and not double it ?
and also: you can still install the super cap in two directions (one it is a super cap) but what is the best way ?
thanx a lot people
greetings

Also read what Jonathan wrote on the thread that Bobken gives the link for. He has a method that requires less expensive equipment and he uses with good results. Bobken also says if Jonathan said it, then it is true. Hopefully this method will work for you!

If this helps, here is the part of the text I found on another forum...
Quote:...The shorter lead (also marked NP or NONPOLAR in case of N series) is the start of foil...
Just another thought... did anyone has experience with putting polypropylenes in reverse parallel?
