Amp powers up and idles perfectly relays kick on and it produces both pos and neg rail voltages and produces + - regulated voltages.
But the amp has no output.

Do you have rail to rail oscillation on the outputs? You may have to go to 50v/div so the waveform doesn't go beyond the top/bottom of the display.
Ok i touched every leg of all of the outputs all they do is deflect .
Scope is set at 20 volts/ div 5 us I get no square wave no pulse's nothing

This amp uses IRFP360LC's for outputs
The outputs that have negative rail voltage on them the center leg doesnt deflect it remains at 0
The other LC'S that have positive rail voltage on them Legs 1 and 3 dont deflect they remain at 0

Still nothing 3 of the outputs on each side only the center leg deflects The other 3 on each side only legs 1 and 3 deflect.
Is there a Q1 that's an A1266?
I've never seen one cause a problem but I've been told that that transistor can prevent the amp from producing output. I'm not sure your amp has it.

Replaced Q1 ( A1266) still nothing amp has no output.
Do i need to just start testing every componet in the amp until i find the one thats giving me the problems
