I put some heatsink compound on the driver ic in this amp .
I can read the numbers on it now and it’s a IR2010S

That doesn't change anything regarding anything that we've done in this thread.
On 2ms and 50-100Hz input and no signal?

If you drive a signal into the amp, do you see modulation on the square wave of the op-amp?
Do you have signal on any terminals of Q101?

Q101 first image is of base
2nd image is of emitter
Scope settings are 10us 2 volts div
3 image is collector scope set to 10us 20 volts div

Set the scope to DC coupling. Use a vertical amplifier setting that will allow the trace to remain on the display (near the bottom) when you probe the negative rail and repost the collector of Q101.
Not yet still waiting on FedEx to deliver my other probes I ordered .
The one I’m using now I bought locally and it was $16

OK.
Set the scope, using the vertical amp settings and vertical position (if necessary) and align the trace to the lowest line on the graticule when the negaitve rail is probed.
Then post the image of the collector signal.
Include the vertical amp setting in the post.

How is the collector going below the bottom line if you set the scope so that the negative rail was at that bottom line?
Check the probe on the calibration signal on the scope to confirm that it's properly calibrated.

I will check that and re calibrate the scope .
Just out of curiosity I removed the driver ic and the 4070 and the drive signals returned to pin 12 on the driver ic and the 4070 pads .
