Sundown NS-15 V4 D2 build...

As seen in the OD ‘closed’ offset exit sim. I wish we could look through the TH version as well, but i played around with the other enough to ‘kindof’ feel comfortable with just using an adjustable tuning exit vent size reduction, flare and position.. nothing absolute or permanent that i could confidently state. However, this does exist and my second driver arrived on saturday to make this a ‘double decker’

In the parts express tech talk section theres a DIY build that a friend did with a hivi b4n and a cheap tweeter that he submitted. The offset driver/port position in an otherwise expanding path was folded up and with a bit of sim tweaking and sharing of ideas and trading the sim back and forth the ideal position was found to which he came very close to in wood. The thing is incredibly unique in its upper frequency cleanliness of harmonic junk! Especially for a ‘TL(mltl in thus case)’. I havent made a TL since without offsetting the exit to create an absorber stub (or bare)at Vmax

Right, should be at an acoustic odd harmonic same as the driver.

Yes Greg. Its kindof tricky to line up in HornResponce, or feel confident your being fair with whatever inputs you intend to make as wooden shapes. but no doubt the sweetspot or strike zone is big enough to get into without much fuss if you just let the sim guide you. i notice a design of yours for ‘hemp accoustics’ uses this same idea as a 4 th order qw (offset mltl type) version on one of the websites i forget the exact link. I got some inspiration from that.
