Suggestions - Rebuilding an expired EV P3000

I have come into the posession of an expired Electrovoice P3000 amp ( one channel the board is burned from a major short in the output so not repairable) but the power supply is still sound. So here is what i am working with:

2 Toridal xformers - dual 100volt secondaries each in parallel - 1500va ( perhaps a bit more) - not center tapped however. Power supply output 135 volts under normal load, 10 2200uf /160 volt caps x 2, dual bridge rectifiers on each supply. 1 separate power supply for each channel.

Input, limiter, DC output protection and safety, RF control, and thermal control boards in good shape.

Since the power supply was able to drive this amp - rated at 2000 watts x 2 with the old class AB (24 power transistors on each channel with typical class AB Efficiency ) - I would think I could build up a nice class D amp for driving 4 8 ohm subs - such as 4 Eminace Killomax 18"s. Like to get a clean 2kw with headroom on each channel.

Any suggestions on a decent Class D design that i would use the 2x135 volt supply. I know that may be pushing the limits for power mosfets but would be interested to see what can be done. I would rather not monkey with unwinding the Toridal xformers to lower the output but that would be a possible option.

Thanks and i hope to hear back on this.
