May we have a "Suggestions Forum" (Or the like) to give suggestions about this page, and that are not itself a problem?, or to make questions about the same.

The only problem I see with that is, the owner of the site is very busy and isn't able to spend as much time here as he wants. Since the Mods are not able to act on the suggestions, it comes down to people feeling ignored if they aren't answered. With that in mind, what are you thinking?

Nothing in special. I believe, for example, that a change in the nick is not a forum problem, so it may be moved to another forum like I'm proposing. Or, to change the color, or suggest sicker threads.
Your points make sense. But name-change requests are not filling-up this section. (If they did, the mod could delete after member appears under new nick.) Likewise "Sicky Thread" requests are not numerous.
There is a plan to move the whole forum to newer software. Maybe not worth it to add rooms on the old house if a new house is coming?

Yes, I'd say just hold on with white knuckles until we change our whole platform, then sort issues out on that when they arise. A lot of functionality will be added in a move to something modern (like XenForo).
