Suggestions for a fully balanced/differential preamp circuit that does -not- use discrete parts (opamps only?)

Edit: I'm not really knowledgeable with the balanced/differential configuration but I mean a preamp that has +/- left/right input and same for output.

Look at the DRV135 by TI. It and it’s relatives are very good for audio.
