I recently "undented" the dustcap of a speaker with a vacuum cleaner. It was quit easy, like this:
1st tried to suck out the dent with nozzle only. Did not work. Then cut off the neck of a plastic bottle and put it inside nozzle. Then closed "sucktion control" fully. Dent then slowly start coming out. About 30s later it was almost 100%.

Thanx for advice from walker, BAM and JOE DIRT®

Vacuums are great! I punched in the cone on my brand spanking new Audax HMs after mounting them in my enclosure. But, as I lifted the speaker (with screwdriver in hand), I noticed the the cone was popped in...F (fill in blanks). Grabbed vacuum that Mom had told me to put away hours later...and voila!

Moral: Don't buy new drivers if you put your vacuum away, you won't get the ingenous idea of using it. 😉
