Subwoofer with 25/8565-01

I have 2 Scan-speak 25/8565-01 10",that I´m going to use for a
subwoofer how large box should I use,and is 20-25Hz to low tuningfrekvens?

I have read on the net that 250l box would get a Fb of 23Hz with
two drivers.It´s a big box how would a smaler box compare to this one?
