Subwoofer amp tweak

I have a BASH 500 subwoofer amp.

Is there any way to use the existing values provided at http://www.partsexpress.com/pdf/300-752.pdf
to figure out what values of resistors would be needed for an Fc of 12Hz and a 1 or 2 dB boost at 20-22Hz?

The caps must be 0.22µF, so use 30K and 120K for R17 and R18 (12hz Fc, Q=1.0).
