substitute for 2sc5200 in TO-3

I bought some MJ21194G (TO-3) from Mouser recently. They are 250V 16A 250W devices, they should be OK to substitute 2SC5200. 2SC5200 is a bit faster (fT=30MHz), MJ21194G is only 4MHz but 4MHz is plenty for audio application.

Spec of 2ST5949 is very similar to 2SC5200 and it is available from Digikey: Digi-Key - 497-6953-ND (Manufacturer - 2ST5949)

I have the same issue. Are you pleased with your substitute? I also need the complementary in TO3 for 2SA1943!

i m not using it in any audio device instead used in any another device.
