Winisd shows a 106-107 spl from 19-30, and 108 db spl @ 40 hz. 99db @16 hz, 200w input,
I'm in an apt. so reference levels are not what I'm shooting for. However it is a home theater, and I would like to have the feeling of really low bass, in the few moments it's there. Small size living room.
Will the 18-25 hz not even be heard, much less impressive? I keep hearing how it's not worth tuning that low for such meager SPL.

It looks like you have good extension in the bass anyway and octave and a half away from 40hz, which I assume is where the bass starts to roll off, you are only 9 dB down, factor into the equation room gain, you'll be fine.
Id also recommend you check out the cone excursion at say 20hz with 200 watts input and see if its still within 10-15% of xmax.

An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.
Here the anechoic model plot. It's below xmax above 17 Hz.
Currently i experience 125db infront of my horn mouth and 115db at listening position
The F3 is 40hz only.
115db of 30hz would be rather yummy assuming its clean.
i really must encourage people to not just aim for 105db but something more like 110db+ in the lower bass region for the real kick in the pants and to feel it!
-like GM (?)says, loud is beatiful if its clean
