Hi
I have a SuSy Dynahi headphone amp which is the best headphone amp I've listened to. it's not powerful enough for speakers so I'm looking for plans to make a speaker version of the same amp. 50w or less would be ideal since I'm trying to keep size to a minimum.
Thanks !

A powerful amplifier can be built into the speaker (active speakers). Use your headphone amplifier as a preamp.
You can use ready-made modules or create your own DIY.

SuSy claims to be based on Mr Nelson Pass designs, so no doubt a higher power Nelson Pass design should be the ticket, it will undeniably have the same "flavour" you seem to like.
awesome I think that's the answer I was looking for, just a DIY susy amp. I just wish it was more about 50w, this one will be bulky unless I build it in a compact case with a separator plate for the power supply. thanks !

Since you know speed and power of the Dynahi you need to try Beta24.
The β24 fully-differential power amplifier

You can parallel the output quadrants.

Any 50W class A amp will be bulky and heavy. Unless you go watercooling or powerfull and noisy fan cooling.
