could this thing be used as an audio output?
30K CT primary to 50 secondary gives me
4.8K CT to 8 ohms which is pretty classic. (PP of course)
But I wonder if this thing may take it and how much could it handle?

Note the 'max 8dB' spec (if I read it correctly). Not much good for O/P. You could use it for matching, say, a low impedence microphone to an input though.
This is a push-pull plate to line out transformer...

The O-series "ouncer" is pretty hi-fi. We used to use them in broadcast equipment where space wouldn't allow an "A" series...
I would think it would also make a decent mic input transformer, or maybe an MC stepup.

And it's worth some good money if you have one or a pair of them. Unless you are going to build a transformer coupled line stage you might consider selling it/them on eBay and applying the funds to something more suitable.
