Get the service manual and check laser and focus offset voltages as per instructions.
Done that on a Studer D732 which now plays all tracks flawlessly : https://photos.app.goo.gl/b99VdYJohp794MAd9
Test points probably differ on the D730 but procedure shall be similar.

Hi. I don't know your cd player model, but I think there must be a physical cause, something that cause the laser pickup can't be moved to the outer side. Can the laser lens be moved from inner to outer side without any stumble?
Hi ManoloMos, I tried moving laser pickup assembly by hand today & it moves freely from inner to outer side.
As I've said, I'm not an expert in Philips Cd players and similars.
So, what I'd do? Check tests points, I'd beginning by RF test point.

Noted ManoloMos. I will convey your feedback to Technician. I am not a technical person. I find the problem very strange....all CDs play perfectly till track 4-5 and it create noise.....tries to read CD & stops....I hope problem will be resolved soon...fingers crossed.
I also had this problem, it didn't stop at lesson 4 or 5. It became very difficult to read after about 30 minutes.
