Hello, my name is milad from iran, I want buy cd player, but I don't know what is better model between this model's, them are Marantz CDR-1 , Studer D730 and Studer D731, I read about marantz and understand oversampling is 128x and d/a converter is 2x Saa7321gp, and studer is TDA1547 (DAC7) and I don't know about x time oversampling, if you know tell me please studer is better or no?, thank you so much

Personally, I'd take the DAC7 over all the SAA chips as DACs all day long.
The sound from the TDA1547 is one of my favorite out of the box sounds.

Would you plan to update or upgrade any of the fatigued components?

By any chance do you have the opportunity to audition both?

Thank you for answer, I can't listen test this two model cd player if was possible I can caboose one of them, I want upgrade my digital source, I have a marantz CD-63B now , have 2x TDA1540D, I like this rare model but I think studer is more analogue sound and pure sound, do you listened studer cd players?

The TDA1547 will have a more analogue presentation than the SAA.
Moving from the 1540 you should hear more detail but keep the warm sound signature.

The SAA will sound more cold and sterile

I have no personal experience with the exact models you refer to but I have experience with Marantz CD10, CD17 I & II and Teac VRDS 10 all that use the TDA 1547. All if which I modified (except CD10). I also have experince with Meridian 203 that uses the specific SAA chip you refer to as well as Marantz and Philips player that uses the next gen of SAA chips (CD52, CD850 etc).

I would choose the Studer here without audition for sure 🙂

Thank you so much for answer, do you know about time oversampling studer d730? I think have 8x oversampling, is true?

The d731 is 8x oversampling i'm not 100 % sure on the d730 possibly 4x anyone ?

Ok, studers are 8x or 4x time oversampling, but my friend marantz cdr-1 have 128x time oversampling, I want know your idea about this? Because I think 128x is better than 4x or 8x, wish marantz had tda1547, I think marantz cdr-1 is similar studer d740.
I want buy one great cd player, but I don't know yet marantz is good or studer, because studer have a low level oversampling , studer d731 in Iran is 800$, and d730 is 1100$, and marantz cdr-1 is 600$

The prices say it all really , the 730 is the one to buy . If you are convinced that a bigger number ( oversampling ) means better sound then you should really try to listen to both before spending that much money . I'd put money on you picking the Studer in a blind test 🙂
