I’ve put this together and cut wood. But there seems a lot of variables and fun things to see here and I think I should ask about some instead of assume.
I’m at the end of a full qw pipe length based on Fs, Qes and Vas. (I actually used a respected members math to start from). 200cm2 at 230 cm is a bit of a fudge factor from 185/190 in the math as a response result was skewed a bit toward a healthy bass extension and knee area.
I then placed this into a tapped pipe scenario and an offset stub at velocity max used at the qw pipes end before the motor side tapped mouth entry and a long series exit and the shape to support it all. And even a bit of a boost cause I’m greedy.
Can I get a few fact checks and critical reviews so it’s clear I’m in the correct frame of mind as mechanisms fir what I’m looking at.
I’m sim and reality. First the sim: I’ve left L12 and L45 untouched. I’ll show why in a bit...

L45 and L12 are not yet ‘installed’.
L12 is a threaded NPT flange in the left side of the enclosure and various lengths and shapes are constructed to try do to the powerful stuffed versions ability to do things,(absorber) but also the bare versions ability as resonator potentially. It’s at or near velocity max and is very very explosive it seems.
L45 is the space left over after all of that is together otherwise and can be anything in the areas of 2800cm2 at a 30.5-61cm distance(agreed upon location of both parties residing in eternal harmony at the residence this ‘suboofer’ is to be used in. WAF/HAF Always works out if consistent here.
Of the things shown and the sim, a fair representation of these things? Horn response is quite tricky at times and I’ve gathered various ideas here and smashed them together... also extending the left over space (L45) can be mass loaded or just an extended wave guide? Recommended ideas and thoughts?
The L12 (offset stub)threads in and is a sealed bulkhead otherwise. It has so many uses to decide. I prefer to look at many .. just swap out the threaded part. Hope those two areas don’t create confusion. Kind of a weird idea...

I can exploit the expanding path and added motor side boost with a skinny stub at that spot it’s nearly velocity max where stuffing kicks ***.. Or I can move the driver down to the exit, skip the absorber stub idea and use it as a resonator in a large CSA narrow bandwidth booster or similar but large CSA shorter qw length.
Another pic, hoping to be less confusing as it’s a lot of ideas in an intentionally adjustable presentation to seek ideas before it’s near permanent in wood. Shown as half the cabinet and a very long skinny stub at velocity max of the qw pipe and with motor side output at the same pressure minimum. But this can be adjusted. I think I’m overlooking a few details here and not afraid to be told so. I’m requesting that and thanks in advance For it.

Cliff notes:
If the stub is at the vicinity of the 3/4 velocity max is it wickedly potent with polyfil?
