Got a device here that uses two 620 Ohms resistors as I2S coupling to the DAC.
Only Data shown.
DAC is the CS43198
Up to now the most in series resistance I have seen in any device is 220 Ohms. Can't recall seeing a resistor to ground either.
I want to insert my Fifo DDC's I2S but I don't know if it will work like that.
Any advice is welcome before I do any surgery😎

It looks like they did a voltage divider.
I checked the datasheet, this DAC has vdd of 1.8v and the signal source is probably 3.3v
