Looking for some advice on the above mentioned amp. Why would it blow fuses? Noticed some black marks near the big heating. Black square with 3 pins.
Over heated?
Not very adept at this yet just learning.
Amp still powers up, no sound whatsoever.
What should I check first

That output transistor released magic smoke. Its dead. Likely some other transistors too.
Take apart, unsolder, measure, replace, start with bulb current limit. The usual. Good luck.

Luckily the amp has speaker relay, that blue box, as it only connects output to speakers if all is ok. If there is dc on output, it remains open and protects your speakers. Otherwise they would be dead too.
