Sticky's for threads

Is there an easy way for forumites or thread starters to have
some posts also be incorporated into Stickies?

There are some huge threads and even some smaller threads
where you have to go through them to find basic infomation.

If they were also a sticky at the top of the thread it would help
everyone.

Any ideas?
