No there is no pot in the whole board.

Post a good quality photo of all of the components around the driver ICs and the output transistors. I need to be able to read the circuit board designations for all of the components in that area.

Post the exact readings on your meter for the DC voltage on:

The positive rail

The positive speaker terminal

The negative speaker terminal
