Yea, the 2010's go just about anytime there is an output failure.

I will have to order IR2010.
I only have IR2110 at hand.

Got the new IR2010 on friday, put them on amp powers up fine and plays music with no DC on the speaker terminal.
Strangely, none of the output fets had failed.
