Hello again everyone, today I am installing the transformer and the center tapped rectifier, but today, the transformer is humming and smoking, yet I feel like I have my connections correct?
The 400V cap, diodes connected to cathode and positive of cap, negative of cap is touched by the center tap of the Hammond 273bx, there is a chassis ground but none of the chassis ground touches the AC capacitor reference point where diodes are connected.
