Stereo to mono via speaker output????

I spotted a post a while ago which had a simple circuit for running a mono speaker from stereo speaker outputs from the amp. It just consisted of a capacitor and a resistor on each channel prior to joining. It wasn't a summing op-amp, it just used 2 caps and 2 resistors.

I have searched and searched for hours to try and find this post again but with no success.

Could someone please point me in the right direction.

Used an alternative method...

Don't need this info now as I have used another method.

Bi-wiring the centre speaker, setting the centre to large gives me what I want. The signal is mono - no hassles.
