At a cross roads and looking for opinions on digital playback. I have a DIY dac (PCM63 based). Up till now, have been using a cd transport (Shigaclone, Theta DATA III, etc).
Should I be looking at CD transports or media servers or one-box solutions and can anyone direct me to recommended components. Say a budget of 800Euro max.
