I have a S-150 that served me well for 30 years but some of the transistors have packed it in. I am looking for a schematic and possible recommendations for substitute transistors for voltage and current gain stages. Any help is greatly appreciated
You probably know this, but it bares mentioning.
You should change all the electrolytic caps while you are in there.
That's a nice schematic by the way. Not too complicated for the time.

It appears it's still possible to get hold of 'original' parts.
MJ15022/23, MPSA42/92, MPSU10/60 and 2N5566 are all available on eBay.

Thank you for the schematic on the Threshold S Series. I can read most of it pretty well but am having a problem with a transistor pair. Just before the stasis output pair there is a NPN-PNP pair that looks like 2N3440 and 2N3415 but that cant be right as 2N3415 is a NPN transistor. Can you verify what these two transistors are?
