Standard wiring for 5-pin balanced input?

OK, I know I've seen somewhere what is regarded as the "standard" for wiring a 5-pin XLR-type connector for balanced line-level audio. Unfortunately, I can't remember where. I have pins 1 through 5, I believe 3 was the ground and 1/2, 4/5 were the differential inputs. I like to follow standards where I can, it makes it easier to remember in case I lose the scrap of paper I write it down on.
Anybody out there know if there is a standard way to wire these? Your help much appreciated, thanks.
