Stacked opamps

Attached is the relevant part of the schematic. I was baffled when I encountered it the first time tweaking the tuner to be a jitter meter.

I see 5532 opamps for 40 to 80 cents. They are basically asking to be tortured.
I love it. Remember seeing chip stacking in a Make Magazine article many moons ago.
You parallel op amps and people scream and whine. Then you stack them to bring the internet into meltdown.
Cool man glade your having fun. I think the world needs to see " Vintage" magical signetics ones stacked.
That would blow up the internet and knock the moon out of orbit. LOL

Power pins are parallel in any design anyways, im guessing you just bend up the output pins to attach resistors?

Dead bug circuits were fasinating I think Ciat Lonbarde took it to a fun level with his paper circuits

Howdy and thanks for that awesome link! The magic word being fun here. Yes, the pins are cut and shortened resistor leads are soldered and bent back, then joined and one lead is pushed into the appropriate hole on the header. Made the retrieved from the garbage, literally, Pyle 444 phono pre listenable.

Thanks for some discourse and smiles.

You create a video insulting people who commented here, calling them clowns (one of them trusted and well known engineer, with device that is on diyaudiostore), and you post the same video here. The audacity...

@Netlist this has gone out of scope of entertainment..

Its incredibly entertaining actually.
I got the song= All together Now. From Yellow Submarine soundtrack in my head now.
" 1 , 2 , 3, 4 Can I have a little more ? "

It is just op amps, not a big deal. People just having fun
IBM and 3M were working on chip stacking thermal issues about 10 or so years ago.
Basically a thermal glue on 3Ms part. And a few server chips were actually made and used.
Just silly little chips over 1000 times faster....darn kids these days

Trying to find the Make Magazine article.
Was when the mini robot trend was strong.
They were stacking logic chips or dip transistor packages if I remember for mini motor controllers.
