I came across these transformers from ISO, which Acoustic-Dimension says is actually former employees of Tango transformers:
ISO Power Trans
The MS-4023 II appears to meet the required specs (with combined secondary taps if needed). The fully potted "D" version costs about the same here in Canada as a potted Hammond 300 series. The horizontal mount, through chassis version costs less. Pictures at the bottom of the linked page.

That does look interesting if it can be customized somewhat (which the site says is possible). However the Supreme (potted) version is VERY large - 150mm (~6") diameter. The price looks to be competitive, even with a 20% upcharge for a bit of customization. This one is close ...

This custom Toroidy, potted in their "Supreme" stainless steel can, was quoted to me at 230 Euro = approx $350CAD, including shipping:
TS 200VA PRI: 120V
S1: 350-0-350V (0,2A)
S2: 6,3V (5A)
S3: 5V (3A)
It's big (about 6" dia) but it sure is pretty so I might just go for it 🙂
The more or less equivalent Hammond potted 374AXP at Mouser is $475CAD including shipping.

Yes, I do intend to use a choke but I haven't yet finalized my layout. I may put the choke inside the enclosure. Much depends on whether I use a smaller, open frame one like Triad (which would fit inside quite easily) or one that is potted or has end bells (on top). Will you have a choke? And will that go on top of the chassis too?
