Looking for 1 or 2 pcs of the Sprague ULN3845 IC.
The ULN 3845 was first made by Sprague as an 18 pin DIP, then Allegro MicroSystems as a 20 pin DIP.
This was used in the Denon TU-680NAB AM/FM tuner, and the Drake R8 Receiver, possibly other tuners and communication receivers.
There was a ULN3846 as well, but it was a mono version.
New or Used is fine.
