Isnt it better to have U12 as inverting opamp, instead of leaving the non inverting input not terminated to ground (very high input resistance)
Are all supplies on simultaneously or can one of the loading circuits have no supply voltage while the other has? In the latter case you have to worry about distorted input currents of the switched-off circuit.
Besides, the voltage division between the buffer output resistor and the input impedance of the filter will affect the frequency response of both paths to some extent. I don't know to what extent because I can't read most of the component values.
