Spice models help please

I'm desperately looking for the Spice models of these Sanken's transistors: 2sc3264 / 2SA1295 and 2sc48883a / 2sa1589a.
I would use for a 20W Hiraga 🙂

You may use models for 2SC2922/2SA1216. A simulation is nothing more than a simulation...

yes sure, but if a simulation approaches to reality as much as possible, I think is better
