I'm trying to find Spice models for plain 400mW and 1.3 W hole mounted zeners. The most interesting value for me is 27 and 33 V.
I have tried searching without any success.
BTW: I'm also after a model for a 2 x 8(10) A, 2-pole relay with 24 V coil, and ordinary small power relay

What the **** do you want a relay's SPICE model for ????? 😕
Do you want to model the nonlinearity of the contact or what property are you interested in ?

yes, relays may seem odd but I'm interested in some circuits with 230 VAC in and a relay contact is the very end of the circuit.
I'll guess I'll have to settle for the coil only but if there were of real model for a relay I would be interested.

I have the 8.0 version of Microsim's PSPICE and it definitely has a model for a controlled switch called Sbreak.
With this you should be able to "build" a relay by adding resistors and an inductor.

What Am I doing? I'm trying to simulate a softstart circuit but when I add inductance (simulating a relay) LTSpice goes bazooka. It will become extremely slow. I wonder why?

Why not solid state relay? Why? In this case a regular relay is the best solution if we talk price/performance. SS relays will introduce harmonics, not so good for audio equipment.
