SPICE models for BD911 / BD912?

Hi,
does anybody have SPICE models for these devices (BD911/BD912) or could tell me where to get them? I've searched the web already, but haven't found anything.
I'm using MicroCap.

I have the same question? Any suggestion for a similar device that is modelled?

I found in "standard.bjt" but I'm not sure if the file is from direct installation or from ltwiki:
