Spice Models 2sc1913/2sa913 2sd424/2sb554

I would like to find the models of the 2sc1913 / 2sa913 and 2sd424 / 2sb554 bipolar devices, but it seems to be impossible, no results with Google
Any source?

i'm not sure you'll have a lot of luck unless you make your own models.
those are all very old and discontinued devices.

Yes I know they are very old models but they have often been used in famous amplifiers and so I tried and do a search here.
Unfortunately I'm not able to make models, maybe someone more capable than the forum could help me. Thanks in advance Max.
