Spice model for 2sc3597 to rebuilt

I tried it , it worked in wrong behavior. Can someone with better knowledge put it in conventional way .

In the image you posted, the text after "Parameter" doesn't seem to follow in order.


Try one of these two models instead.

thank you very much . I jangled in all sense to have cje cjc values fall right , every time I got un reasonable model.
