SPICE How to collect a good library of models?

My library of Transistors:
KSC1845 - KSA992
2N5551 - 2N5401
BD139 - BD140
MJE243 - MJE253
MJE3055 - MJE2955
MJL4281A - MJL4302A
2SC5200 - 2SA1943
JFET:
J113 - LSK170 - LSJ74
MOSFET:
IRF610 - IRF9610
IRF540 - IRF9540
IRFP240 - IRFP9240
EXICON Lateral MOSFET

I started with Bob Cordell's models as a text file, then added as I went along, noting at the top of the file the new additions.
I have separate files for opamps, vacuum tubes and opto-isolators.
I store the file in the cloud so I can pull it up when I'm on the road.

Why I use TinaTi
It already comes with all common transistors, diodes , zener and vertical/ hexfet mosfet

If I have to add models, it is only realistic transistors.
Realistic meaning still manufactured. Which On Semi provides all models for.

Many projects including TI opamps
The models more realistic in TI and also already in library.

Diodes Inc seem to have SPICE models for most (all?) of their products, and often I can find something usable in their catalog. For instance, just minutes ago I wanted complementary small signal MOSFETs, and found the ZVN3310A and ZVP3310A on Mouser, then got the SPICE models direct from Diodes. I'm a little bit wary of using random models I find in collections with dubious provenance, and prefer getting them straight from the manufacturer.
