I've only found frequency (182-400hz) but no others informations (modulation...) in order to recreate the typical sound of emergency vehicules.

Sirens are not pure tones. To analyze them, find samples and open them with something like audacity.

You pointed the hard thing : signal is complex and often low frequency rumbler is mixed with siren high tones. Even within arduino world, no piece or code. 😕
I just had time to look it up. I'd never heard of a siren with low frequency output using two woofers for the low frequencies.
Couldn't you get a sample, convert it to MP3 and import it into Arduino?
